Good Things Festival gives up-and-coming bands a chance to play

Good Things Festival is almost upon us and it continues to bring the good news.

As a strong supporter of Australian music and talent, Good Things Festival is giving three up-and-coming bands the opportunity to perform at this year’s festival.

They will have the chance to share the stage with some of Australia’s biggest acts and one day could be the next Parkway Drive headlining Good Things Festival.

The first stage of the competition is voting based, so the festival encourages bands to promote themselves by getting fans involved and voting.

Fan voting will be open from 6PM, November 5, and closes 6PM, November 17.

The four bands in each city (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) with the most votes will then be invited to play a live showcase for a panel of industry experts.

They will choose one artist per city to open Good Things Festival 2019.

Bands must be available to perform the relevant showcase date and also be available to perform at Good Things Festival to be considered.

Friday, November 22 – Stay Gold, Melbourne
Tuesday, November 26 – The Brightside, Brisbane
Saturday, November 30 – Crowbar, Sydney

Band entries can be submitted here. Tickets are available here.
